How do u push the air so quick that's been the hardest part for me

Are you talking about the balloon 260Q? or the antenna If it's about the antenna all you have to do is pump a little air then pinch the entrance of the balloon and squeeze the air to the very tip of your balloon (260Q). Does the balloon size matter? Like you used a 7 inch balloon and inflated it to 4.5inches can I use a 11in balloon and still size it to 4.5inches? Hope I'm making sense

Yeah you can use 11 inches balloon and size it to 4.5 inches but I would not recommend because your balloon won't be as shiny. It will look dull and you won't get the correct color of your balloon and aside from that, it'll be too soft. I hope I answered your question and please let us know if you have any more question.
