How far in advance can you blow up the balloons?
Can you please show how you attached the chain to the garland mines kept falling off since the top part had no neck
Add a 260 to each end of the rope and wrap around balloons in the garland
How many days in advance can you make these for an event?
For large balloons I think you can do up to 4 days in advance, but I also do the night before for these minis as they can lose air quicker.
Have you tried the method w/o the 260?
Yes! I have , I just tied the necks together. I think both methods work well

A dupe is just two balloons tied together. Hope that helps!
Can you just do all quads instead of dupes?
I tried that and it looked good, but weren't as tight together. I think both ways can look good though :)
