    Great video and breaking down both systems as I am discussing with my boss which system to buy. Our business development team would welcome the 5300 and our scientific teams will benefit from the 7300. Really appreciate this. Thank you for taking the time to share.

    is thinkpad yoga x380 better or dell latitude 5300

  • @ashkenaze

    They're on a different class altogether, the 5300 is an Inspiron (consumer) whereas the 7300 is a Latitude (business); the business class could easily be priced twice for the similar feature/performance of consumer class device..
    One of the reason, individual don't usually buy the business class laptop, instead the company buy them in bulk and with significant discount. Build quality, durability and warranty-period do matter much more for companies compared to individual.

    laptop still worth it in 2021? might be getting the 7300 i7-8665U for $400. Mainly for netflix and youtube/twitch

    • @mistahcheng
      @mistahcheng  Před 3 lety +1

      It's definitely still worth it for $400, and is overkill for netflix and youtube/twitch.

    Bro is dell 5300 i5 8th gen better or Lenevo ThinkPad x270(20K6000UUS) for corporate work

    • @mistahcheng
      @mistahcheng  Před 2 lety +1

      The x270 is a pretty old laptop by now, but if for corporate work, it's just a matter of using something like Microsoft Word / Excel, sending and receiving emails, and browsing the web, honestly they'll both do the job fine. I would personally pick the x270 for the build quality and the keyboard.

    pretty similar devices, i would let the price decide

    • @mistahcheng
      @mistahcheng  Před 3 lety +2

      Agreed, the only thing I think that's worth considering is that the 7300 has a 3 year warranty vs the 5300 that has a 1 year warranty. Combine that with build quality and the 7300 may be worth an extra 50 - 60 easily.

    I would buy 7390 with i7 8th gen, but I saw it has only 1 TAM slot, why 😮😢😢😢 this 5300 it's more plastic and mamy refub i find don't have ethernet slot. And no 1 7300 have it 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

    I read a review that the 5300 battery dies to quickly, less then an hour, is that true?

    • @mistahcheng
      @mistahcheng  Před 2 lety +1

      That's definitely not the case unless the battery is defective. Battery life should be around 5-6 hours under normal conditions.

    7390 is veeeeeery gooood one. 5320 is totally shit, works like a tractor, shitty motherboard which corrupts.

    • @mistahcheng
      @mistahcheng  Před 3 lety +1

      I've actually seen some issues with the 7390, but it has a different board than the 7300. I haven't had any experience with the 5320, but wouldn't ve surprised if it had issues :/.
