I've heard they are thinking of doing the stay home voters through blockchain technology which means they have to take a picture of themselves with the days date on a piece of paper next to them in the photo and upload ID either through a cellphone or a computer/tablet so the votes cannot be rigged and the Democrats have shot themselves in the foot.
