The care and attention you put into all of your animals is really heartwarming Neline. Your a great person and we all appreciate and admire that. The world needs more people like you
My favorite quote " life is a circle " - Mom Much love and Thanks so much for Sharing
She was a beautiful animal. Sorry y'all lost her.
Molly has a bigger heart birthmark on her head than her mom did. So very sorry for your losses!
I was going to say the same thing neat hair pattern
I am so sorry for the loss. I love the name choices. I am happy you have Molly.
There’s not too much cuter than a baby goat!
The goats are adorable 😂 Brilliant video 💪🏻 🏴
Sorry about the loss of the kid goat & your favorite cow , memories , videos , & pictures you will cherish forever !
Beautiful video
The Love You and Your Family give to all the animals.
Such a beautiful tribute.
It impresses me that even with the larger number of cows and goats you work with, they are individuals to you. 😊
I am sorry that you lost Molly's mom. I just admire your care and empathy for the animals that you and your family raise to produce what we have here in Canada 🇨🇦. You're a great shepherdess too.❤
So sorry about Maeko. She was quite special. Those unexpected deaths are hard to grasp. Miss Molly has big hooves to fill, but she can do it.
Congratulations on the new kids , you are amazing with animals, the care , love & attention is remarkable , stay safe & have fun !
Mooie intro, nice, ik zie dat het heel mooi groen is bij jullie, het gras. Good luck
So sorry for the loss. She was a beautiful cow 😥♥️RIP 1543 🥰
I remember her. If I remember correctly I think Jon was big on her also. I'm an old dairy kid so I can remember cows. She was one of those who people really loved.
On the Farms Circle of Life ………. Keep it up… thanks
So sorry for your loss big hugs
Ohhhhh, Goats 😊
This is hard for me to watch😢 brings back memories of our dairy cows and calves. Sorry for your loss.
Goat kids make me smile and laff way they randomly jump and skip about. Goats are one the few livestock animals iv never had anything to do with.
So sorry for your losses!
You’re the perfect person to have animals.
😢❤
Sorry for your losses. When I went into the city yesterday there was a cow laying in the ditch just east of Sandy Ridge. Didn’t look like it got hit but it too had passed.😢
It’s wonderful that you care for and love your animals. Been watching you from the start. I’m 77 from Reading Pa. And from two farm families. ❤
So grateful that there are people in this world like yourself that care and provide for animals in all aspects of their lives. Having been involved in the agricultural industry for many of my working years I must say all I've worked with in that time where very similar as yourself.
condolences about mako ..... Always love seeing the calves (and the kids too) ... and since you're on a goat oddysey ... at some point you have to get a fainting goat ... the videos don't do them justice
Sorry for your losses
Big hugs girl it sucks sending you lots love and looking forward to watching Molly grow . Thank you for sharing your time and energy with us we truly appreciate it 🤩🤩🤩❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Howdy Neline, I hope ya'll are doing well,
Your little goats make me laugh every time, they are so energetic and entertaining to watch,
I think your brother Jan, doesn't want to make CZcams videos anymore, he recently took several months off, with no warning, and he's missing in action, once again ??
Stay safe, God Bless and Farm on my Friends
I'm sorry neline, as much as we sometimes try not to become attached to some animals. It's often the ones we try not to get attached to that we end up attached to the most. I know our words help, but can't replace whet you have lost.
Sorry for your loss of Maeko. It's always difficult when one of the herd is lost that was tamed. My first was when I was about 9 y/o and said I would never get close to any of the cows again, but I did as you just cant help yourself when your cows mean so much to you. Little Molly is very cute and will help keep Marko's memory with you. Best wishes from Scotland
Great classical music.
Sorry for the loss of Maemo and your baby goat, love watching the baby goats playing
Reckon will be looking down on your herd from her cloud and her beautiful daughter molly will follow in her mums hoof prints yes it certainly sucks losing a special cow like mecko a beautiful ending to a beautiful special cow mecko she's watching from above ❤
sorry for your loss
amazingly i just watched the lion king with my son, 3days before this video... ty for sharing. i love watching
What a coincidence! Thank you for watching.
Not sorry you showed us the real side of taking care of animals. Keep being the good farmer you are!
I AM SORRY ABOUT THAT
You do a great job of conveying the message that farming does have it's losses , despite all the many triumphs. Great content keep it coming 😊
Thank you! I think it’s really important to show both sides of farming so we don’t create a false narrative.
The downside of having and caring for animals is that you often have to say goodby to early.
I’m very sorry for your loss
I am sorry for your loss, but at the same time, what do you do with a dead cow? Thanks for the video, Jon Van Veldthuijzen
They compost them.
Though Maeko has left, she left knowing that Molly will be in good hands and receive the same loving attention.
When you lose a producing dairy animal for no apparent reason, do you have an autopsy performed to determine cause of death to potentially protect the remaining herd?
Sorry to hear about your loses. Having followed you and your brother, I know you both with your parents as professional farmers are very aware of Avian Flu. I am wondering if you can speak to it on a video. It was the first thing that popped to my mind when you spoke of the sudden death of Meko (sp). I understand this may be a sensitive topic for your business so if you prefer not to address it I understand. Thanks for the great videos, love them.
🇨🇦👍
Hi Neline great job what information do you add on the ear tags of the heifer?
One more thing what meal is that you give to the calves aside the milk I see two buckets one for milk and other what do you include ?at what age do u start giving them?
Emotions running high 😢
@@lesliemuneeza5696 They add the calf sire's name. The feed is called 'calf starter.' It's basically mixed grains soaked in molasses. It can be fed from day 1. However, the calves usually don't eat much on the first day. After being force fed 4 liters of colostrum. They usually eat it for around the first 12 weeks. Once they're weaned off milk and moved to the group calf pens, they're switched to calf grower pellets and straw.
@@MellowYe77ow how many litres do you give each calf for those 12 weeks?
@@lesliemuneeza5696 After the calves get their first colostrum, They feed them 2 liters of milk twice per day. Every 10 days, they raise the amount by half a liter per feeding. Until they reach the cap of 3.5 liters per feeding, or 7 liters per day.
I haven't watched the channel in a hot minute. Where is Pumpkin 1720?
She’s doing well! Calved out last September with a heifer calf (Peppercorn) and is currently pregnant again due in Sept/October of this year!
A real life animal lover who farms. Not a farmer professing to be an animal lover.
I appreciate the sentiment! I do want to say though, that most farmers are animal lovers (and love their animals). It would be a pretty miserable life if we didn’t love it and the animals with everything we have.
Do you perform a necropsy on your deceased animals? I know a few farmer friends who do when they have an animal suddenly pass
So sorry for your losses. Let us know if you find out what caused y’all to loose them. And btw why are your animals so unloved SAID NO ONE EVER. You are going to have a very hard time taking your goats to market/ selling them because you’re so attached to them.
Molly > has a White Heart shape on her head. @10:08
Even larger.... than her momma. 🤍
Your brother making new videos
How old was SHE
Being that she went through 3 pregnancies, she was probably around 4 years old.
❤#🇵🇰
Can you and your brother put your sister on the videos
❤😢
