  • Visiting Domestic, a Michelin Star restaurant in Aarhus which cooks an 18 course dinner by using domestic products only. For drinks there is the choice between a "homemade juice pairing", the "curious wine pairing" of some lesser known wines and the more expensive "safe wine pairing" with well-known wine brands - those wines seen in the video.

I keep saying it: This is Netflix Chef’s Table level of production. And I appreciate that you made the effort to have the server describe exactly what you are being served. Thank you AGAIN, for filling in for the Netflix series. Haven’t heard if they will be presenting a new series of restaurants….

you have no idea of film production by craftsmanship, not even close to chefs table especially the awfull light on the food. I agree about the content quality though. This might be better than chefs table as a whole cause of the honesty and simple narrative.

13:40 should have added a light coating of flour or anything dry and tasteless on the bottom of the cod cheek to get a actual crunch, and not stick to the stone :D since the fish was covered in butter but it loses water, the water underneath will dissipate the butter and let it stick because water and oil dont mix lol
