In this video I am showing how to paint a Bride in gold jewellery in acrylic on canvas. I am showing the step by step process of painting with acrylic colors without using any retarder. In this demonstration I am using only water mist to keep my paint moist in my palette. No retarder or any kind of medium is used in the entire process.
I have started this painting with a under tone of Yellow ochre and Scarlet Lake. Then, I have applied many thin layers to achieve the desired effect of the skin tone and the effect of transparent cloths. Most of the blending is done with dry brush technique with minimal water on the palette.

Yes, we can paint with golden color for Goddess paintings, but the actual skill is to achieve the golden texture using normal color.
