Boeing 757 is the greatet of all aircrafts. Very beautifyl and that RB-211 engine is amazing😀😀❤❤
I love this aircraft, I used to fly on her as cabin crew weekly for First Choice Airways. I had this route a lot Manchester - Skiathos via Thessaloniki - Manchester, sometimes into Gatwick. The 757 was always wonderful to crew on. Fantastic video :)

Being an Airbus guy I ll tell you that the 757 is the only Boeing which gives thrills to every pilot... It's a mean machine !

Love the 757 it's the only commercial a/c whereby the pilots have to step down into the flight deck!!!!
First time I took off on one of these, I was amazed as it went up vertically! I'm an old VC10 fan....super powerful for it's size ❤
I love the 757! Not looking forward to the day that they all will be no more!
Our 757's were due to be leaving the fleet on 01NOV19.
BUT... Due to the 737MAX catastrophes/disasters/issues/delays/problems. We're keeping them for Winter 19/20 and Summer 20!
Us crew love the 75' and 76' too, it'll be a sad day when they do go. They're like second homes to us ;)

Last time I was there we flew in on a Britannia 737 200 from what I remember, had the pleasure of flying on many of the Britannia 757 200's through the 90's too, pilots always said it was overpowered.

Agree, but people weren't buying it - they were caught up in the 9/11 marketplace nightmare and Boeing was hoping the 787 and new 737 derivative would suffice. Awesome jet....

Great spot! I work on it. Very reliable is true. This one was actually brought back to life for summer after retiring a few months earlier.

Gorgeous aircraft my favourite of all time I've flown on b757s a lot from Cyprus,Crete and to the canaries.i think these should be produced again they are an all time classic,very comfortable and cruise smoothly.

Amazing spotting airport. The wing tip right over your head if you stand near the fence.! They dont treally fence off the runway with tall electric fence. They do that in Sydney airport/

Starting around 4:12 you can see 2 birds fly across the climb-out path ahead of the 757, I bet that made the flight crew a little nervous.

What did you do on your week's holiday in Skiathos?????
Planespotting, Planespotting, Planespotting, swim at Koukounaries, Planespotting, Planespotting, Planespotting, went on church on Sunday morning, Planespotting, Planespotting, Planespotting. It was a Planespotting week as you can understand. These for the day, the late night (always after midnight) we went out for pizza or generally food.

+Grumpy Mc Fudge It's not difficult mate! You can have a notebook or a piece of paper with you too! An ATC Clearance has 4, 5 or 6 instructions.

Skiathos is not a good destination if you are a nervous flyer especially if the are cross winds
We want to see the plane taking off but not the people struggling with jet blasting

Brah, when you are recording the 757s taking off, you are missing the best part of the takeoff, the engines sounds. Next time go to the opposite part if the runway and you will see what i mean.
I love the B-757's! But this video suck because in both take offs, instead of showing the beautiful airplane unleash awesome, the camera turns to the sun-burnt fat and old people! I mean, make up your mind man! Peace!

@@abecoulter8550 I can't find something in the Greek AIP. Also, since I am a pilot and I have radiotelephony license it is not illegal to me.
@@theplanesnet well that's different then having the license.. I'm in New Zealand and I have my PPL
@@abecoulter8550 I have and radiotelephony license together with pilot's license and the scanner I use in these videos is receiver only.
