Healthy Walnut Fudge Best Recipe

    Ingredients:
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup coconut oil
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup 100 % cocoa powder
    1/2 cup crushed walnuts
    1/2 cup coconut flakes
    Step 1
    In a medium bowl combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey. Microwave
    about a minute till the coconut oil has melted.
    Step 2
    Whisk the mixture together, add the cocoa powder and whisk together, add the
    coconut flakes, and crushed walnuts and whisk together.
    Step 3
    Pour the mixture into a foil lined baking dish, ( 7 by 5 inch works well ). Freeze about
    an hour for it to set up.
    Step 4
    Lift the fudge from the dish, remove the foil, and carefully cut it into even pieces. Best
    if kept in the refrigerator.

    I recommend that you use the non-hydrogenated oil Jiffy with the brown lid. I use it all the time for my fudge recipe. That would make this even better "Healthy". Try it out, you'll see. :)

    I’m thinking instead of peanut butter milk, and just maybe half of that PB usage.
