Those women are so annoying and cackling. Blocking others is a terrible idea, especially when the preference was for GUY and he had to choose one of the flipping weird women. And picking Jess when it was her who blocked Guy, is ridiculous.
Guy blocked Jess for Bella when it felt like Bella could be a good fit for her. Keith also blocked rita for a girl who sung a rita song; and she didn't make it to the KOs.

I was very disappointed that Jess didn’t take him to the next round, he has a phenomenal voice. His singing is so free & easy & the tone is magical. I hope he has been signed by someone & is doing what he was born to do:Sing!!!
