This was so much needed! I tend to hold my breath. Any suggestions there?
You just need to keep taking your awareness to your breath. Exhaling through the mouth ensures you are more aware of the exhalation which will help to not hold the breath

I started doing these exercises since yesterday.I had two deliveries via c-sec.My younger one is a year old now Could you pls suggest exercises to loose mama pooch
I also had two c sections. I was able to avoid any pooch belly. I drank a lot of water, my body snapped right back to normal. Hopefully you can too! Also very little stretch marks 😊

It is necessary to hold the breath when tightening abdomen
No you should never hold your breath while tightening the abdomen. There is no such instruction given in the video
