Two Launches in One Day! - CanSat 2024 Austrian Finals

Last month we once again had the honor of being the launch-provider for the Austrian CanSat-Competition finals hosted by ESERO ( ‪@eseroaustria8337‬ ). We successfully inspected, tested and then launched a record-breaking 9 of the student-built CanSats before even having the honour of sitting amongst the jury to decide the winners of the competition and therefore which team would go on to compete in the European finals.
Along with the 9 satellites taking part in the competition, last year's winner Werndl Explorer also launched their own satellite project for flight testing.
Since our newest CanSat - Rocket "Bettina" is only capable of flying 6 CanSats in one go this year marks the first in the history of the competition where we got to launch twice in one day! For this, we brought along our older CanSat - Rocket which we last flew 2 years ago.
