Arteta getting the most out of Jorgi right now. Consistently high level performance against tough teams and having Rice next to him really just covers his major weakness, physicality. He very rarely gets himself in trouble (Tottenham game still hurts though)
Can have a long career at Arsenal still, ‘only’ 32 and looks to be playing his best football. I don’t think you can overplay him but you don’t want him playing every game anyway. The intelligence, experience he has you’d think he would follow suit of his holding midfielder peers and take up coaching badges, much like Arteta did as a player.
His composure is on the difference level
He's more press-resistant in tight spaces as compared to Smith-Rowe and Havertz in midfield area, although Arsenal could've been in a higher EPL position if he didn't make a grave mistake when playing against Spurs. His lobs were highly accurate and creative when playing against Newcastle

If Partey was playing alongside Rice, we'd be even stronger in both defence & attack. Jorginho is good at 100% keeping possession. He's been asked to play more forward passes, which he definitely has in his locker. But don't get it twisted, he'd be just as happy playing sideways & backwards. He just refuses to give the ball away, and it's this attribute that helps us dominate teams - they can't get the ball of us, they can't even lay a glove on us in the whole of the 1st half!

Jorghno creative vision of pass is masterclass. The way he feed those through-balls pass to break the lines with prefect weight of pass is just Splendid. His first-touch is and awareness is amazing. Nice 1v1 moves to create space and composure on the ball under heavy pressure is just Splendid. He makes playing as a midfielder look 2:02 extremely easy when it is very difficult.

Different players, Xhaka had more legs in the 8 position up and down the pitch. J20 holds more and uses quarterback style passing rather than legs to do the work.
