I'm more interested in this fight than the Nate vs Paul fight.
One of my BIGGEST gripes with Jake is his LACK of physicality! Go back & watch both Woodley fights, Sliva, Tommy, & especially the Nate fight, whenever he's in the clinch or on the ropes he kinda just lets his opponents bully him in that area.
Jake is usually the much bigger guy & him getting push back by someone like Nate a smaller guy (in weight) at certain points in that fight. Someone like August who at times can cut off the ring, works the body consistently could cause big problems later in the rounds.

After I made my video on Andre August, I went to watch yours and I was happy to see that someone of your level of knowledge proved that I wasn’t stupid lol. That’s why Jake workin on his Jab with Larry, his game plan is probably to keep august in distance to fire his shots.. but we’ll see how well he executes it and if he can use his footwork to get out of inside range
I think Jake's performance against Nate Robinson is my favorite to watch. I know people like to discredit it, etc. but i think jake could really use tapping back into that aspect of his boxing skills. Throw punches going backwards, be more dynamic. Don't be so one dimensional. +The highlights in the Nate Robinson fight are just fun to watch.

Jake needs to, NEEDS TO learn to not get stuck in the clinch! By managing distance, shifting angles, level changing his shots in combos while moving. Tommy clinched both jake & KSI to death. Tommy took advantage of them unable to manage distance or change their approach. It sucked. Tommy shouldn't be proud of what he did but nobody should. KSI is the only delusional one trying to defend his horrendous sad excuse for a boxing performance... It's ridiculous how delusional KSI is. Jake should link up with O'malley to do some striking training since O'malley openly supports Jake and what he's trying to do with this boxing endeavor. Idk just a thought 💭
Andre August got what it takes to defeat Jake Paul this Friday coming up and defeat Jake real fast with a TKO that Andre would deliver.
Most of the those August clips were before 2018. He's not retained that same level of power. This is very low risk for Jake. August is essentially Joe Fournier with better ability on the inside.
Those fights are also all at 175lb. This one is at 200. Jake is certainly picking this guy wisely. But he’s still much better than Joe.
@@roundhouseradio only on the inside he's better than Joe. When you compare jabs, speed and head movement etc. There's no difference. I would be curious to see a August vs Fournier or Anthony Taylor fight.
Good for Jake and all he achieved but this whole thing is starting to get a little stale the main fight people wanted see to begin with as him vs ksi he should’ve done it instead of sending his big brother out there

Honestly this Jake Paul boxing arc is getting boring, we've already seen him lose and no one cares for him winning especially against random boxers we don't even know, influencer boxing has lost its nuance by trying to be too much like real boxing
