P.S: I am not saying these are the best for you but they are authentically what is in my gym bag. From years of trial and error, I have loved these products. The Fairtex gear while not very breathable has INSANE quality for value and looks new after 100's of rounds of sparring. And I have also found Hyabusa while a bit more expensive to make great long-lasting gear. The gloves are significantly more expensive but more breathable and good for bag work. - Sport

And some are born with it and then it can be improved. Many legendary trainers have said this. Its a combination of genetics and proper technique.

Something I’ve noticed is that the pros despite any beef they may have, still have some overall respect for each other but on top of that, they have self control and discipline, something Austin and Bryce seem to lack. Everyone’s still getting money and increased publicity or whatever, but there’s no reason Bryce should have started that little “fight” at the event. Dude needs to be humbled

Compounding the power based on alignment is exactly why we have techniques - they work, many of these new boxers skip the fundamental understanding that allows one to generate power. You still are born with power in some regard but you can maximize your ability to generate force based on technique. Love the breakdowns, an educated voice in the conversation is always appreciated!
