- New details have emerged in the tragic case of the 12-year-old Texas girl who was found dead after sneaking out of her home on June 17. Houston authorities said Jocelyn Nungaray ran into two men at a 7/11 gas station when they asked her for directions and proceeded to coax her into following them under a bridge. Parents need to collect phones and computers to ensure their kids get sleep and also helps them not to become addicted to the phone. Because the language of the Constitution almost exclusively refers to the rights of a “person” or “people,” not “citizens.” Same reasoning as why a baby born on American soil is automatically an American citizen under the 14th amendment.
This has been upheld by the Supreme Court several times. It’s a straightforward question of personhood and jurisdiction.

Im sorry, but we need to stop sheltering kids from the truth. My kids know there are people who are attracted to kids. They know there are people online who groom kids.
