That Ford Starliner interior is my favorite example of a "custom" interior. You can tell it's custom, but it looks so factory correct! That's the perfect classic car interior to me. Looks factory correct and custom all at once!

Hello Sam. Well that hour went pretty darn quick! At 5mins That " Super 7" was probably a Caterham . Lotus in one of there not so clever moments sold all rights to Caterham in the '80's /90's for the Lotus 7. The "Super 7" is pretty rare and l believe had the 1558 cc Twin cam engine that was normally fitted to the Lotus Cortina and Elan . That Starliner at 7mins 30secs. Had a terrific paintjob , it had the looks of a Dave Kingdig creation. You mentioned Pebble Beach at 16mins. Have you ever been ? I've watched a show presented by their
own in house network. Not for me ! Trumped up and terribly "oh mines better than yours " l love all cars and have seen Jay Leno and Wayne Carrini there. I love them both but l'd rather be sick! And that 302 Boss was such a survivor ! Once again Sam a fantastic presentation . Thank you so much . What would we do without you !

Thanks so much John, that was visiting my good friend Brent in Scottsdale, Arizona there with the green shirt. I was certainly tongue-in-cheek would love to check out Pebble Beach one day too. I appreciate the kind words as always, glad you enjoyed. I thought this one was smooth to watch as well! Cato did the upholstery in the Starliner, of Martin Bros. fame

@@samspace81 Thanks Sam . So Cato of Martin Bros did the upholstery. Not Cato of Pink Panther fame ( Peter Sellers) ! 😂😂 Seriously , lovely work . Thanks Buddy.

Oh looks, the cliches that children think is the past now more and more
1= 1920-30s coupe with extended fender cut off large wheels, an outward embellishment of engine and ripped off side plates, and a need to make it resemble and monster energy drink.
2= 1987 route 66, 55' or 57' chevy with ab unforgettably bright red base and bland white secondary tone, aggressive pedal centers+ tires thicker than ma's bisque, and a bland barely traditional look that everyone qualifies as the 50s somehow.
3= sports cars all the "old" people conversate about usually around ye old 1967-75... which is ridiculous, must have been born in 1957 or somethin' making that into a big deal. and the car is usually a subtle toned color with sports emblem and sign on it and generic racing wheels of 66'.
4= the 6 or 7 automobiles that stay true and always look good as hell itself, classy and statureous glistening liquor shine centers with embellished elegant names or multicolored stylations, grand and bold colors that makes mintgreen look like a high end champaign, running for mayor and a nice bottle on the rocks.
5= The flames of hell, an edgy little motor, usually a couple thing from 1924 or perhaps a model b with half its body being a disgustingly glistening chrome finished grill that makes frankenstein look factory made. Large extended pipes and exhaust and a harbouring into my soul color scheme either being dark lasagna or heavy metal kid born 79.
That's why these never remind me of the good old' days of my childhood, nothin to it but modern taste drooling over good metal, fucking it up.
I mean coupe not couple thing
