I have Ryzen 3600 and its idleing at 70C, I can see case is cool as GPU temp is 44C. My pc is new i have tried changing thermal paste nothing changed. What can be the issue?

Bro,all components including keyboard and mouse would be a tough call..........Because 1660 itself costs around half of your budget...It would be possible,but it can be almost confirmed if you extend yyour budget to 60K

@Rohan Rathour I don't have a feel dude I also bought a pc recently with i5 9400f and gtx 1660 6gb 8bg ram and aourus b360... Cheaper than online market.. Without monitor keyboard and mouse it costed me like 54k...i don't have a feel amd will go more cheaper
My budget was 40K but i had to extend it to 70K to get good performance :/ . I suggest you to buy a prebuilt pc. 1 lakh is the minimum budget for a good pc build.

No need. U can use stock or any air cooler. Frankly your ryzen will give u the same turbo speed if u OC. Only diff it's constant compared to turbo which fluctuates till 4.2
@Rohan Rathour mera 2600 4.05ghz pr oc hai it used to reach 85c with stock cooler while gaming! Not even stress test but with cooler master 240l now temps are 65c in stress test and in gaming it stays below 60..

A noctua cooler would outperform this aio and probably cheaper... Something like nhu12s would be slightly more expensive but way better performing , more reliable , quieter and quality is top notch
