dude are you serious, you had those front fans as intake (the one in your cabinet front) and the fans on the aio were set to exhaust but the question is to where? so where the hell is the air going i mean from both the sides of the radiator the air is being pushed inside, you seriously murdered my brain
P.S. it might make sense if you prove that you have set the top 2 cabinet fans as exhaust (out to front) which in itself again would not make sense...damn!

I would recommend a air cooler over a cheap water cooler. Cheap water coolers have been known to leak and you DO NOT WANT IT TO LEAK. Get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 or something along those lines and you'll be better off

450 watt is not enough atleast get a 650 watt psu
Why are u testing water cooler in a 65W TDP cpu, a cpu can work well upto 80 degree Celsius and Max upto 95 degree Celsius , the cpu isn't even touching 50 degrees , so it's is complete waste of money even if u overclock , u will have much thermal headroom left , if u have ryzen 7 or 9 then only buy a water cooler , otherwise it's a complete waste of money.
