OUR SECOND COLORADO 14ER (Quandary Peak) | Van Life Turns Into Mountain Climbing // WFTV_EP36

In this episode, we hike Quandary Peak & witness an absolutely epic sunrise.
We found a sweet spot to camp just a few hundred feet from the trailhead, but somehow it was still SO quiet with a great deal of privacy! This made our 5:00am start time a little bit easier!
Quandary Peak summit is at 14,265 feet. The total hike elevation gain 3,450...... let's just say this was a tough one! We sometimes wonder during the middle of one of these hikes why exactly we continue to do something that almost pushes you off of the edge. THESE VIEWS ARE ONE OF THE REASONS!!!!!
After we conquered our SECOND 14er, we searched for the next campsite. We ended up in Twin Lakes, Colorado and this may have been one of our personal favorite spots. Besides it being AWESOME for views & privacy, we met our first ever VAN LIFE FRIENDS there!!!! Stay up to date to meet them!!! They're pretty rad, just like all of you!
