in one subject i got A+ practical and A theoretical and final grade is A+
in another i got A+ practical and A theoretical but final grade is only A
both are subject with 75 marks theory

Yes SEE has became irrelevant . It's just a obstacle in your life which you have to clear . Doesn't matter whether u cross it with 4 GPA or 2.5 GPA
