    Did you know that Agnus castle is located next to the Bionis Head, while Keves castle is located in Mor Ardain. If you see the origin flashback of its construction where we see that Nia is located in the same position that you can see Uraya in game from Keves castle, while in Melia’s we see Bionis head from place has Agnus castle’s prison.
    In short, the opposing enemy faction conquered the main base for each Queen, Melia ruled over Bionis, and Nia ruled over Mor Ardían.

    Out of all characters in XC3, Ino is the only one whose blades are visible outside of combat: they are folded on her back. I like to think this is a nod to XC2 where Blades' weapons were always visible in a folded state on the playable Drivers.

    I noticed that Mio has a red ribbon in her hair on her right side only during the present day events of the game. Every flashback and alternate version of her does not have a ribbon there. Miyabi however does have a red bow in her hair in the exact same place, although this bow is present all over the Agnus off-seer costume, as well as many of Nia's outfits. The most recent flashback chronologically for Mio (or Sena) is on the transport immediately after Miyabi's "death" and she has yet to have the ribbon, so it seems logical that since then Mio wears the ribbon to remember/honour Miyabi, and also has it in her long hair-style (although not when impersonating M).
    The easiest time to notice this is when doing Side-Story Mio, as it cuts between the present day and her memories of Miyabi several times over a short period of time.

    You may think we see Joran in his Moebius suit for the first time at the opening of chapter 3, when he suggests to go by himself to confront the party. But actually, we see him at the very first cutscene that shows us the Moebius gathering, the one that opens chapter 2. When D (actually D+J) transforms back to his human form, we see Joran standing right behind him, but he's very short and doesn't speak so is easily missable. We see him again at the end of that cutscene, standing behind D. Contrary to the other Moebius, D and Joran share a single spotlight, which again makes Joran easy to miss.

    Actually Eunie's Ouroboros form does have a set of regular eyes. They're hidden underneath the 3rd row down of feathers on the side of her head. You actually get a good look at them during the cutscene fight between Moebius D & J at the Annihilator. The reason they're covered is that the feathers act like a visor. And they open up during her Ouroboros chain attack when she snipes the enemy.

    SPOILERS FOR THE BEGINNING OF CHAPTER 6:
    In chapter 5, between the two Consul M fights, there’s a moment when M (in Mio’s body) says, “Come. Cut her down.” and “It’s an easy win. You need only take her life.”, but if you listen closely to the two overlapping lines, you’ll also hear Mio says, “Come. Cut ME down.” and “It’s an easy win. You need only take MY life.”
    (The subtitles just have the third-person “her” and not “me/my”.)
    When she’s controlling the other party members, the overlapping voice lines are always identical. This is a subtle reference to the fact that they’ve already swapped bodies at this point, so it’s actually Mio saying these things, and not just M.

    About past characters being referenced, while we don’t get many in this game, we do get some interesting characters that bear striking resemblances to previous ones. For example, Ashera has an incredible similarity in appearance to Sharla, and Crys looks very similar to Shulk and Fiora.

    • @crystalcove99
      @crystalcove99 Před rokem +3

      When first playing through the game, I was practically certain that Crys was in some way related to Klaus (and that Z was related to Zanza). I mean, like you said, Crys shares a striking resemblance to Shulk and Klaus, and I would argue that the names Crys and Klaus were pretty similar. It is important to note that Crys isn't voiced by Adam Howden, but I chocked this up to being a decision by the game to keep you from recognizing the voice. When Crys shows up again in Noah's Side Story in Chapter 7, I was like "Finally, this is it!" So when it turns out that Crys had absolutely no relation to Klaus, and then Z had no relation to Zanza, I was a bit confused/disappointed.

      I think "a few dozen soldiors" is quite an understatement but we don't actually see how it gets flipped back over as I recall and so it can be presumed that they used some Levnises or something else to flip it
      It's also been said that the Ferronises can be powered via Ether Cylinders BUT they aren't efficent and can't do very much so perhaps they just used all their available fuel to just make it flip over? The point is tho that it can't be used in battle or move anywhere else either

    For #8: as much as I love how this game showed the importance and beauty of love, life, family, etc. - primarily through the City cutscenes - and as much as I firmly believe the romance between Noah and Mio is much better than Shulk and Fiora and Rex and Pyra/Mythra COMBINED (imho)...
    I just can't with Monica and Jansen. Why did they include this?! I mean, seriously, did they even think this through?! Monica is 33! The kid is 22! That means he's had a crush on her since he was 8! (I think the cutscene said he had feelings for her ever since she became Elder, which was when she was 19, if I remember right). And let's not forget that he's 4 years older than Ghondor! How messed up is that?! 😑 Please tell me I'm not alone in this...
    *Also, I just learned that Jansen is apparently the younger brother of Monica's late husband, meaning he's Ghondor's uncle. That just makes this even more messed up!*

  • @Kahadi
    @Kahadi Před rokem

    Actually, the Ferronis movement is kind of explained even without that quest being canon. It's even shown in some of the footage in this video.
    The Ferronises can be powered by Ether Cylinders, it's just far less efficient and requires a lot of Either Cylinders. We can sort of see this with the Ferronis Hulks, broken down Ferronises we reboot using Either Cylinders. They don't move, but it's likely that's because they're broken down, maybe also because we only use a few cylinders on them. But some dialog shown in this very video directly states that it is possible for a Ferronis to function with Ether Cylinders.
    So for that movement at the end, it's possible they just gathered a ton of Ether Cylinders to make it move, and probably would only last long enough for that moment and not much longer. However, that side quest may also play a role as an alternative answer.

Noah and Lanz in the the chest and Eunie's in the crotch (Choco being horny on main) and for Agnus Taion and Senna's are in the arms and in the thighs for Mio (Choco at it again). I wonder if it's down to the Agnus folks having core crystals. Wild Ride also has 2 as an Agnus interlink too.

    • @JBspherefreak
      @JBspherefreak  Před rokem +3

      Actually discussing and talking about this exact topic currently (Working on a "Explaining Ouroboros" video) and as far as we can tell, its mostly just design choices.
      We know that Interlinks and these forms are generated from the core at the centre of the form which continues to be true even for the Agnians who visually have 2 which aren't centred. It's plausible the Core Crystal could be the other core but I personally am more lead to believe that it is purely a visual design choice, representing XC1 or XC2 depending on the amount of cores due to the fact that they appear to be their for purely visual purposes
      Wild Ride also has two cores due to being a combination of two Moebius. His normal Moebius form (Even being Agnian) only has one orb which again leads me to believe it is purely for Aesthetic reasons

    NO.3 is false. They don't run away because they now feel sexual tension. Otherwise, Eunie and likely Mio and Sena too, would be feeling it and not question why the guys ran off. Eunie literally asks, "What spooked them? They could've just changed here." so how could you think what you did?

    • @JBspherefreak
      @JBspherefreak  Před rokem +2

      NO.3 is correct
      Ok maybe my wording was a little…loose but the point was that being attached to the Flame Clocks prevents the soldiers from seeing those of the opposite gender as potential partners.
      Additionally, Noah, Lanz & Taino do flee from that situation due to the awkwardness of it all. You’ve gotta understand it from their perspective where Eunie has grown up thinking it’s normal and okay for boys and girls to do that and hasn’t noticed the change yet.
      Proof? Well the scene I used where Lanz starts stripping. If Eunie was actually indifferent to it still, why would she, on reaction, hit Lanz as began to take his shirt off? Answer…because it’s how I said in the point.
      If the others had gotten changed behind the girls, I am CERTAIN that the girls would have felt awkward and likely hit the guys again out of embarrassment
