CP 2816: The 2024 CPKC Empress Final Spike Tour in Bensenville & Franklin Park IL

I went to see the 2024 Empress recently from 5/7 - 5/9 near Chicago, IL. The Empress returned to going on tour to celebrate the first anniversary of the CP/KCS merger. The symbol was CPKC 40B, and the orgin and destination varies. And also, it's my second time being at Franklin Park, IL ever since 2020 during COVID-19. I also wanna point out that Scott St at Franklin Park, IL turned into a quiet zone, but the steam locomotive made an exception to blow the whistle there, which I'm glad about.
