Actually I started to learn Mizong Luohan since 1964 before mantis and I have that book of course.
Sifu Tse, who’s your master teaching you Mizong Lohan? Is he Chau Kam Choy or Wei Kam Biu? I learnt a bit from the former one.
Sorry, should be Chau Kam Chiu.

This must be Mizong Luohan. I'm just returning to it after a lengthy absence. My Seifu learned under "Johnny" Kwong Ming Lee. Enjoyed the clip; thanks for posting!
My sifu studied under Raymond Wong. I've had the pleasure of training with Sigung Wong only once.

The person performing the Leopard Fist (Pao Kuen) is Hilton Tam, who has since passed. He had eventually emigrated to the US. I believe he lived in the mid west but eventually passed. No info on whether he had any students.

@@satnamo Regardless of how much knowledge of sequence of routines, sloppy soft fist has no value other than illusion.

love this and all of your vids because it shows something the martial arts scene has been missing since brutality was given a name called mma and that is history and tradition. Thankyou
i really liked the sparring
Those two young boys sparring are currently the instructors of MJLH, Hon Kong. There is a You Tube video of them both leading an informational workshop but speaking in Cantonese.
Also, if you enjoy the sparring, there is also a You Tube video made back in the 70's about Sifu Alex Kwok leading 2 of his Canadian students on a tour of MJLH Hong Kong I In that video, you will see him sparring with a student and you can see how fast he was with his moves and how quick he was with his combination kicking. In the early 80's, he was well known in the west coast US karate tournaments as he always won first place in forms, weapons, and sparring. Warner Bros. movie studios even selected him to play the role of Bruce Lee in a planned movie project after several auditions of martial art people. However, the project was soon cancelled. That movie with Alex's facial appearances would have made him famous. However, he soon withdrew from the public scene for personal reasons. Currently, he makes occasional appearances .at the ICMAC tournaments in Orlando,Florida and in Las Vegas (8/7) and at the MJLH Johnny Lee's school in Dallas.

That form is called Tai Ponk Kuen (Eagle Fist)

Master Yip Yue ting just passed away and his senior student master Suen wing Lam taught for his sifu.I have learned not much and changed into mantis.

Hey do you have any clips of complete forms? It's very hard to find "authentic" 迷踪罗汉 forms online and I haven't been able to see my teacher in a while, so I need something for reference so I don't forget.
