I love how Oswald seems to get upset as Mickey keeps bothering his kids. Such a nice little detail.
I think of the Bunny Children as being more like Oswald's equivalents to the Minions. They're kind of like, dare I say, the Raving Rabbids, except less creepy and alien-like, and certainly don't scream at the top of their lungs at people.
And 420 of them... Did Oswald and Ortensia do drugs one night?

Oswald's first girlfriend was Fanny the Rabbit. His next girlfriend was Sadie/renamed Ortensia the Cat. As to the mother of the bunny children, I was able to watch POOR PAPA on CZcams and the mother of these bunnies is a rabbit. There is a scene of her in bed with about a dozen or so little bunnies on each side of her. That knocks out Ortensia as the mother and probably means that Fanny is the mother.
It's not canon. Same episode was whith Mickey , but canonically he has no children
