No. You don't know anything about how International Law, War Crimes and power dynamics work. That would literally be international crime to do that. As it is, Bibi is committing International War Crimes. The only reason Bibi is getting away with this genocide is because he has US backing, and the UN can't punish Israel if they have our backing. Israel's Mossad designed Oct 7th as a False Flag to get US backing and "moral justification" for them to commit war crimes and get away with it. Mossad created and still funds Hamas. This was designed long ago so that Israel (which was formed illegally, taking over Palestine unprovoked) could fully take over the area. Are you kidding, 40000 peoples killed or under the rubble, most of them women and children. 80% of the infrastructures is destroyed or damaged. Most of the schools, universities, hospitals, cemeteries, refugees camps, residential areas, agricultural areas have been destroyed. The extent and rapidity of the loss of life and devastation in Gaza are unparalleled. 1.7 million individuals have been displaced, communities have been completely destroyed, homes have been razed to the ground, and entire families and lineages have been wiped out. Now with the attack on Rafah, the whole population of Gaza is facing starvation.

That's all on Hamas not Israel. And you're apparently believing the Hamas numbers of civilian casualties. Hamas IS the Ministry of Health in Gaza and Hamas lies. Hamas terrorists surround themselves purposely with civilians so there will be casualties. They counted on useful idiots everywhere to blame and condemn Israel.
