- Erling Haaland's 2022/23 season is officially the most prolific in front of goal in the Premier League era.
The Norwegian scored his 45th City goal in Tuesday night's 3-0 win over Bayern Munich, meaning he has now scored more in a single season for a Premier League club than anyone has ever managed before.
Ruud van Nistelrooy (2002/03) and Mo Salah (2017/18) previously jointly held the record with 44 strikes across all competitions.

You just cant hate Haaland, beast on pitch, humble, always gives credit to teammates, on top of that also being funny backstage. World is at his feet
So true😊😊😊
The thing about Haaland is that he genuinely seems happy when others score. That's team spirit. Also Thomas Muller too
That is what I like about him. He is grateful for the assists and doesn't make the game all about himself
Some idiotic basement dwellers will find excuses to hate him don't worry.

He already has a 22 min video of his goals for the club in his first season and the season isn't even over yet, this is absolutely insane. What makes you even better to feel about having Haaland at the club is the fact he's literally A FAN of the club and has a connection with it through his father.

He have six hattrick
Six, respect, six.
Six hattricks

4 hattrick for inngris premier league
It’s amazing how few stunners he scores. It’s all about the game intelligence, positioning and power. His goals and general play don’t leave you speechless like a Romario, Ronaldo Fenomeno or Messi but his stats speak for themselves. Pure goal scorer.
I was thinking the same thing. He doesn’t seem to have insane mechanics as you mentioned, but instead can tell the future and place himself exactly where he needs to be.
@@justasingledronevideo2583 he can score screamers, did some at dortmund but city has way better range shooters so he sticks to beeing the finisher ig
He is still figuring out what position he can make it his and at 22 is still developing.
yeah it's wild, there was only like 3 "wowza" goals in this video, but his ability to read situations and likely outcomes and be in the right position is absolute top notch, and he never fumbles a finish
I was just thinking the same, I think you also have to give credit to city players for giving him beautiful chances, like when Messi had Xavi and Iniesta he scored 50+ .. Also Guardiola has to take credit, every team he trained he made a special player. Messi in Barca, Lewa in Bayern, now Haaland in city.
Some may say Haalands goals are easy...being in the right place at the right time...BUT...that's a skill in itself..a brilliant skill!!! Well done lad from an LFC fan.👏👏👏
Also helps when you have the best midfielder in the world and one of the best left backs feeding you with opportunity but always there in the right place

In a year or two these videos will be hours long. Haaland is just insane. It's amazing to be able to witness such a footballer. I feel blessed!
That's 45 Goals With Just 45 Touches. The Man Who Proved Being In The Right Position At The Right Time Is Actually A Skill.😂

Fun fact: If Haaland scored against Leicester City, Brentford & Chelsea in the second leg of the League, then he did score against every single team he has faced this season in ALL competition.
@@romanromano4858 he is a team player
This player is a unique phenomenon. I hope he will stay away from injuries and continue to break more records
A lot of people don’t give him credit because he does have a good amount of tap ins, but you gotta give credit to his positioning, he always seems to be in the right place at the right time
Eso lo vienen haciendo los jugadores 9 desde 1950!!!!
Pero en el futbol moderno se necesita más, se necesita que juegue al fútbol y que no deaparezca en partidos importantes
His desire to score goals is only bettered by his anticipation and calmness in front of goal. An absolute beast. And this coming from an Everton fan
There is definitely something about his calmness. He never stretches too much or runs too fast or too slow. He doesn't shoot too hard. He seemingly plays like it's hackey sack?
Watching all his goals in one clip like this gives you a look at exactly how crazy good this guy's positioning is. All this in one season which isn't even over yet is nothing short of extraordinary🥵
What's really crazy is in just less than a season Haaland already reached half of what Son Heung-Min scored for Spurs. And if we count what he scored during his bundesliga days he already a much better striker than Son is at the age of 22.

Movement strength reflexes speed headers shooting. People are ignorant saying it is just tap ins.

As an Arsenal fan I'm honestly really enjoying this title race against a player like Haaland. Phenomenal!
Haaland headed to Man City and setting a record is not a coincidence. As for Jesùs he was/is a good striker as well, not taking anything away from the lad. Plus he equally had his strengths and weaknesses. Haaland is just an upgrade (Tall, athletic, pace etc). As for Haaland doing well at Man u, probably not. Cuz the team itself is destabilized, lack of discipline not to mention proper management and a whole lot of other things wrong there. When you watch clubs without a haaland in it.. its become obvious what his best attribute is. Count how many crosses other teams lumps into the box or to the backpost. And nobody is there. How many rebounds no one is putting into the back of the net. How many times their strikers dont move fast enough in front of defenders, or get bullied away.
