Sasuke can gave that letter personal to naruto but he chooses to give it to sakura first to give it to naruto, because in japan their tradition is that they have to give their gift to the bride and groom as a couple but sasuke cannot come, it means sasuke now treating sakura as his wife. That's why sakura blush.

Naruto series is the first anime I've ever watched and i completed the whole OG Naruto and Shippuden within like 2 months. Not a single live action movie, tv series come close to this show.
naruto was my first anime too i completed everything less than a month, yes with all the fillers and movies. and yes it was on quarantine. it still remain top 1 for me.

The fact they show Kakashi and Iruka together in Naruto's wedding display a very huge message that how these two took care of naruto and rip to jiraya
Boruto is AMAZING...BUT. the boring parts are really boring. but DAMN when it pops off it POPS OFF. 3 out of 5 of my favorite fights in the entire franchise are in boruto. looking forward to it

Sasuke didn't came because the people are still not okay with him. They'll see Sasuke with some resentment. That might ruin the atmosphere of the wedding.
Definitely judge for yourself weather you like Boruto or not. Form your own opinion. It's not as bad as everyone says it is in my opinion, but at the same time their is alot of filler.
