I'm a chef and I'm Italian in heritage and in all honesty, I changed this recipe a bit because that is what chef's do, HOWEVER this recipe, as is, is outstanding. Truth be told and all credit given to the creator and Creator
What I genuinely love is that he continues to improve his technique, and his prep method. Found this dude by accident... but what a wonderful accident that was! Loving it!
More just tweaking old recipes in an ill advised manner to create "new" content. This is like at least the fourth reiteration of meatballs.
@@robertm4050 then watch another cooking show.
@@deborahduger3860 I can't help he is just starting to post a lot of the same stuff and getting stale. Nothing wrong with stating the truth. Maybe get over yourself and not comment to people you don't agree with?
@@robertm4050 maybe you need to get over yourself and find another channel to watch. If you can’t say anything nice about someone then move on. Quit being negative
@@deborahduger3860 Thanks for your opinion Karen. Keep it to yourself next time rather than continuing your perceived negativity.
This guy's such a f'n pro. Every one of his videos I watch makes my food playlist.
You are a national treasure. Your food, give from one friend or family member to another, makes one feel loved and nurtured. I hope you know how special you are dear. Love and gratitude, Mary 💜🍅
Taking the above pictures with your kicks slightly in the shot should be your trademark, bring it back. haha Good work.
This recipe is DELICIOUS, I’ve made it twice now, I’m obsessed with it! The meatball is SO good, I had been looking for the perfect meatball recipe and tried different panades, which never accomplished my goal for a crispy yet moist meatball that wasn’t too soft. The ricotta is UNRIVALED lol seriously delicious and exactly the texture I wanted without compromising moistness! The sauce is simple but delicious, and the bun with the meatball is such a wonderful texture. Like the perfect burger lol The best part is ricotta, that mixes into the sauce when applied on the sub, the texture is truly delicious! And it’s great the next day too 😊
Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe, it’s seriously delicious🥳🤍🤤
I fricken love rigoata
Finally! I found a person like myself that uses gloves! Thank you!
I do too.
This is the best cooking show I've seen yet. Love that you are humble, punctilious, and creative with cooking!
A great meatball slide? Not Where I live. Subscribe & save. Also, great looking host. Beautiful, creative hands. Couldn’t help notice.
I made these for dinner last night and also made your delicious Everyday Tomato Sauce...followed recipe with only one small change which was adding a little fine sugar to make the tomato taste less acidic as I was taught when living in Rome. I made everything in the morning up to the point that the meatballs were browned and put into the sauce. Then put in the fridge for a few hours and put the meatballs and sauce in the covered pan to cook through for 30 mins whilst I boiled the water and cooked thick spaghett al dente. Then moved the meatballs to a covered dish and finished the pasta in the sauce. Served with a Caesar Salad (home made dressing of course!) and everyone has asked for this to go on rotation for Sunday night dinner
The pastas-of-Rome series got me hooked on this channel. Every recipe I've tried turned out great. Keep doing the Lord's work!
Me too, upped my pasta game 500%
yeah, hands down one of the best cooking channels out there. I completely changed my method of making bolognese after watching Not Another's version.
Same! Roman pasta's is what got me into this last week!
Quick question about the Roman pasta series. I tried the all'amatriciana recipe. It was my first time ever cooking/ eating pancetta. The smell was extremely pungent. Is that normal for pancetta or did the store sell me something else? Maybe it was pancetta that went bad or something. I'm just trying to figure out why it smelled so bad.
@@dagnabit27851 I had the same experience. I don't eat pork much so pancetta and guanciale were too pungent for me. I sub for bacon. not traditional by any means but more palatable to me
You’re my absolute favorite channel. I’m living in Siena currently and have been making all of your recipes with the local Italian ingredients.
I grew fresh basil in my backyard this year and have used it to make your recipes ALOT!! Especially the weekday sauce... Delish!!
And it grows so fast! It overtook everything else I planted this Summer.
Excellent 👌🏻 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻
I’ve tried a few meatballs recipes on CZcams this is by far the best
I just made this recipe tonight and I want to say that the meatballs really do turn out fantastic. The mixing with the egg and meat and then the slurry really makes a consistency that fries up really well and holds together, but they were still so airy and not dense at all for meatballs. I did make one small tweak to the recipe after tasting the whipped ricotta. I added a little over a tablespoon and a half of Tallarico's hot hoagie spread to the whipped ricotta and that little bit of vinegar tang plus the peppers really took these sliders to the moon. Really well executed and thought out recipe. Will make again.
The only problem with watching these videos is I’m hungry right NOW
Omg. Amazing dude. Family loved these!
One of the best cooking shows on CZcams… and definitely my favorite personally… informative content and amazing food !
Acutally the best food youtuber. not everyone can provide recipe that you actually want to try & give a great description as he does.
Always stoked to see you upload, high quality as always. Keep up the great work man!
Meatball sliders, with creamy cheese, basil, soft bread; best meatball sliders I've ever seen.🥪
The slivers of garlic technique is genius
These look amazingly delicious 😋
I'm always conflicted with these. I'm an aspiring chef, and I have the biggest crush on this dude. Lol I typically have to watch these videos twice lol
