Wow Pati,
I haven't been back to Yucatan for 27 years. My parents lived in Champoton, Campeche. I got to visit the pyramids and cenotes. But no one told me about this beautiful place.

Ceviche is so delicious no matter what time of the year, especially now us Catholic’s that start lent today and don’t eat red meat on Fridays until Easter 😮

My only sadness is I have never in my life seen pulpo sold in any grocery store to even try to approximate this ceviche at home. Even squid is at least rare to find, but never seen an octopus.
