Liposuction much much sooner than for tummy tuck. Please get clearance from plastic surgeon.

I went through chemo and radiation for squamous cell carcinoma head and neck [base of tongue]. The collateral damage has left me with damaged lymph glands in my neck and jaw. My first blowout my neck was larger than my head. I have a lymphatic pump that I have to used daily. Do you have any recommendation for a massager that can be used on my neck and jaw?
Book a session with a certified Lymphedema therapist that specializes in H&N lymphedema and she can show you self massage. Should be covered by insurance
Hi Kathleen! TY for these ideas! -I’m thinking that rebounding (gently) on a trampoline (health bounce, feet not leaving the trampoline), would be VERY effective to break up adhesions in the body, as rebounding is one of the BEST forms of therapy/exercise for the lymphatic system. What are your thoughts?
Agree for lymphatic drainage but not sure about breaking up adhesions

Would you recommend vibration for a client who had lipo combined with JPlasma when their tissue is immovable? Struggling to find the right treatment for my client. Not many LMT's who do post-op work are seeing the negative side of JPlasma, looking for direction. Thank you so very much.

Did you have arm liposuction? This should not be happening. Please contact your surgeon or primary care physician.
I had numbness and tingling in my fingers on my left hand after my mommy makeover(tummy tuck, vaser lipo, and breast aug). I got told it was due to being wrapped to the table tightly and my fingers being bent at a weird angle while wrapped. My doctor recommended me to keep my arm and fingers extended straight out while I was laying down and sleeping. Mine went away after day 4. Keep an eye on yours!❤️
I had my 4th massage since Lipo 360 and I feel like I got hit by a truck. I think the massage therapist was too rough. I kept telling her it hurt she said she had to use pressure to move the fluid. I don’t even want another massage,
I am so sorry this happened to you. I know you have watched my other videos and know that you do NOT have to hurt the client to move lymphatic fluid.

If you have fibrosis, do it before the massage. If swelling only, do it after

11 days post up… was looking really slim and flat 3 days ago but 2 nights ago I fell asleep without compression garment while doing my own lymphatic massage … woke up swollen hard very tight and lumpy. Scheduled massage isn’t for another 4 days.. really worried and disappointed. Could me not wearing garment one night have caused this? Was this fibrosis inevitable? Can I be smooth out or is this what it will be? Please any advice / reassurance will help.

Is it normal to get bruised after getting a lymphatic massage? I'm almost 6 weeks post op I didn't have any bruises today I am bruised again the massage was very aggressive. Now I got more inflammation. Not happy about that. Can you reply pls.

@@KathleenHelenLisson I myself am an LMT I am planing on getting a mommy makeover and wanted to know for myself to use at home between visits with a therapist. There is only 1 lady I know in my area that does post surgical but she is so busy, I may not be able to get in to see her as she does other modalities too. Thank you, I did find the vibrating hand held blue one at walmart today, not sure how I would use it for myself.
