Are you following what he's saying Mr Ignorant? The Electoral commission is about to display the voters register exhibition tomorrow but NDC is yet to receive the copy of the register through which they can control and verify the names and the number of the voters. That's why the NDC is not ready to sign any peace treaty with anyone if the right thing is not done. This attitude is a clear definition to rig an election. So this tells you clearly that the Electoral Commission is working to rig the elections in favour of the INCOMPETENT NPP. So you better shut up your mouth if you're a shallow minded person pls.
