Accra is not choked. We need redesign. If all state agencies headquarters are in Accra people will flood the place. We need policies to make the building a bit higher, roads wider with good drains. Please let us focus on Ghana and improve our legal regime. The charges are dismeanor and no one has gone to jail with such offenses in New York. These are not federal offenses. These are state offenses. He is appealing the judgement and he will not go to jail. He will contest the election.
