    Very beautifully articulated. One question on the last slide: just curious, shouldn't you take target for "Transacting MAU / MAU" instead of Txn MAU, since it is an absolute number and could be seasonal?

    Hello! Thank you for the comprehensive guide. May I know what are some ways to include the prioritisation of the tasks? E.g. Focusing on the funnel. Thank you!

    Do we include User stories in case study presentation?

    • @jtipale
      @jtipale Pƙed 3 lety

      Depends on the case study. But having a few clear user personas and even one user story can do the job in a quick presentation.

    i pretty much stick to the same framework too. good job on the structure and i like how you inducted agile into the execution part. a small addition if you may, Assumptions - key to solving case studies.
    few assumptions in this regard can be - 1. the experience is global and not regional. a rupay may work in india but probably not in the west. this increases the numbers of players in the transaction channel between the issuing and acquiring bank. billing-settlement-debt collections is a whole different beast but wont get into that since a billing product team is different
    2. focus is more on the web platform than on a mobile app coz that may/may not bring in players like GPAY, Apple pay etc
    3. there are no level 3 dependencies on the monetization/payments team that may impede development
    4. Language is not a constraint, hence localization of websites/currency conversions are standard.
    my 2 cents
