The only differences I can see between the version here and the multiple scores on cpdl.org is that in bars 88-90 Sop1 and Sop2 are raised an octave to bring the notes more within their ranges. Someone was being kind to the sopranos (most unusual :) ).
I wouldn't think that's a kindness to the Sopranos as, in the B&H edition, the S2 part only goes down to middle C at that point and any self-respecting soprano capable of music of this calibre should be able to get down there. As I've mentioned on the S2 version of this video, I think it cheapens the final S1 Eb which should sound like a beautiful, peaceful ray of sunshine and you don't get that effect if you've already heard the note three bars before. After all, are we serving the music or ourselves??
I've compared it to my sheet music and it only deviates at the very end...
Is this the C V Stanford arrangement? I'm looking for the 1st soprano part to his arrangement. Thank you.
