This is the coffee that started the close relationship between Steve Leighton and Ernesto Menéndez back in 2007, when it placed in the top ten of the Cup of Excellence. This small farm sits high on the Santa Ana volcano, and is kept to Ernesto's usual exemplary standards. Expect a balanced cup with lots of fruity sweetness matched with a pleasant acidity.
