I would never have worked out how to do the shoe stitching on my own. Even your tip on using a ruler to stop the paste stretching when applying the stitch tool is useful. I’m a chef and pastry chef. Been doing cakes for years. However I’m old school and just use buttercream. I don’t do a whole lot with fondant. But just like most everyone else I thought it was actually a sneaker and basketball. Fantastically done.

Took me a very long time, and had cracks and tears in the sugar paste but I'm sure I'll do better with practice. Still stunned about how it turned out for the first time making a shoe, so proud of myself and extremely thankful for your video!
