Richard. That IS Greg X Volz. (NOT Voltz) He was lead singer for Petra from 1979 - 1985, when he embarked on a solo career, and John Schlitt became lead singer. In 2010, Bob Hartman, Greg Volz, Louie Weaver, Mark Kelly and John Lawry reunited to create the Classic Petra album and concert tour. This version of the original song is more mellow, with the orchestration, than the original recording on 'More Power To Ya', and even though Greg is older, and as expected, his voice doesn't have the range it once did, the sound of his voice is unmistakable.
