Crystal clear explanation. THANK YOU!!!
You're very welcome, Austin!
That’s a great video Lea! Very clearly and concisely. I was wondering if you could create a similar video but focused on PC organization. Additionally, I'd love to hear your thoughts on file management. Do you prefer using the online version of Microsoft 365, or do you find it more efficient to install the application on your computer?
Hi Bruno, thanks for your feedback! Feel free to check out some of my other videos in this playlist: czcams.com/play/PLjWQg1Pqur_GvQbxttb6h90ebDGqC17BB.html where i talk about organizing your files and folders or desktop. If you have not yet done, I would also recommend subscribing to my newsletter here: leadavid.com/ where I am going to share insights about The Digital Architect, my guide to reclaim your time, energy, and headspace by simply building order in your digital world!
Regarding MS 356, I prefer to use the desktop version of all programs since this is more convenient to me. All the best, Lea
Thank you for your wisdom on this channel. I appreciate all of your tips and tricks.
You are so welcome!
Wow I did not know Samsung had that focus mode feature. Thanks a lot Lea!
You’re welcome 😊

Thanks Rakesh!
Thanks mam for good information
It's my pleasure
Is this not what modes and routines is for?
I personally use a different launcher on Android to change my homescreen (Niagara is the one I will recommend) in order for me to have control on my phone usage
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you.... Subscribed😊❤
Thanks! 🙏
Useful video, thank you!
Thanks, Jesse! Glad you liked it.
Hi Lea,
I'm not sure how it works by Android etc, but with Apple one can put apps in dedicated maps, which I do. I have about 3 or 4 apps which may sent me notifications and only 2 who are allowed to sent me the badge. (Whatsapp and softwareupdates). The first I would like to switch off, however My mother is quite old, so I want te be reachable for her. However, what I also do, e.g. when I go to class to teach, is leave my phone behind. Actually it was you earlier to brought me the idea to work with notifications and look at that very good. Swithing all notifications off is not for me. Your next point, my phone is always muted. I don't even know what kind of ringtone I have. I hear it vibrating and that is enough and else I will call back. Apps like workmail and teams I have not on the phone. I have them on my work laptop and that is enough for me.
In schools as mine with 16 to 20 years old students it is especially the student who is not focussed. We have a rule in place that students may not use their phone in class, but sometimes they find a way anyway. Thank you again for a wonderful video. I am quite quick to react today, Am I not? Grtz, Patrick
I did by the way delete many unused apps after your video. :)
Hi Patrick! Indeed, you were very quick to react, a lot quicker than me answering your comment 🙈
Thanks for sharing your experience, which is very close to what I mention I the video but tailored to your needs, which I like!
It's also great that you mention you mute your phone or even just leave it behind, which is truly the best way of not being distracted 👍 thanks and all the best, Lea
I think you're missing a 4th important app the calendar I know you use outlook so it's built in but not everyone does
Thanks for adding!
I Almost did not watch the video because of the Iphone picture on your thumbnail ! Why don't you use an android phone picture?
Thanks, Philipp! Will try to exchange it over the next couple of days.
In general, though, I tried to make the video as generic as possible to it can be watched by iPhone and Android users. Even though I am showing the examples on Android, they can easily be replicated on an iPhone. Best, Lea
Adding both phone types, Android and iPhone, to the thumbnail would be advantageous for your viewers.
Noice
Thanks!
To the point is more batter.
Thanks!
I use IOS please dont put an IOS image in the thumbnail
Noted! But you can easily replicate on iOS what I did on Android 👍
