I think C.C and Lelouch are wearing the same necklace...? A couples thing maybe. I didn’t expect to see table girl. Her character in the main series was insufferable. Hated her attitude, especially her obsession with Euphy.
Well, I don't blame you. Imagine if she had an obsession for Zero instead of Euphemia, things might have taken a completely different turn.
i think "neo" just mean "new" in Latin. It's just a fancy way of saying something is resurging.
