Oddly enough, Sleep Apena is more conmon than people think.. I know at least 15 people in my life who use a CPAP machine... People avoid doing a Sleep Study because they refuse to admit they need CPAP.. It's actually a very simple life saver!

Why don't people exercise more? The fear of death alone should be enough to motivate people to get moving. At a bare minimum people should be running a mile every other day or cycling for 5 miles. No Karen sunbathing in the swimming pool doesn't count as cardio unless you're swimming laps non stop WHICH I KNOW YOURE NOT 🤬
@@dimaknopflots of time it is the way your airways just are. Some of it could be genetic. My dad, uncles, brothers, and I have sleep apnea. I had it when I was a teenager when I was on multiple sports teams. Even now, I am fit but have sleep apnea. I used to wake up choking.

But if you have it because you're obese, there is a chance that you can lose the Cpap machine again, but my doctors told me i'll have it as long as i live 😅
