Growing up, my parents used to wake up around 5am to bath and get ready for the day. I used to wake up from hearing my mom pour her bath and eventually it just became a routine for her to wake me up, carry me to her warm bed and fall back asleep listening to the water running while i had goosebumps. My mom struggles with insomnia and throughout high school i did too. And then in my senior year I randomly decided to find videos on CZcams of rain and eventually showers and then baths, and my sleeping problems disappeared

i can see myself after a long day at work enjoying a relaxing bath with a glass of wine and unwinding that's my kind of night i am waiting on Fall cool nights and have my heat on and watching this

For someone with rare but occasional panic attacks and anxiety the sound of running water from a shower or bathtub is just so relaxing and easy to fall asleep too
I’d say you make the best videos these days you’re very similar sound to sounds to know you’re mind but he don’t really make them anymore it seems……. You should try dontecording from different positions around the bathroom 😊
I don’t know why but the sound of the falling water onto the bath floor just comforts me I dunno why but it’s just nice.
