Great Tutorial Thank You for showing how to get the villagers in. The extra effort is much appreciated
Happy to help
if you put a work bench at the top you can trick them into walking up as well, and then if it's near night they will jump in the beds.

@@chrissnauder6079Depends on where your villagers are, if you have any. A baby zombie got to my pair, and I nearly died killing the golem to prevent him from killing the zombie villagers. I cured them, but it was a waste to put them in the breeder when they now had a trading discount. So I had to get another pair.
a screenshot of the finished product from a few angles would have been far more helpful I think, when it's this easy, but the video is good as well.
I recommend rebuilding anything you see on youtube in creative first so you understand it a bit better, and also know if it works, and if not its easier to troubleshoot if you just made a mistake.
The actual amount of items youll need 👇
8 slabs
29+ glass
One fence
Four beds
4 carpet
9 minecart
5 trapdoor
20+ rails
1 dispenser
3 powered rails
1 button
1 redstone torch
32+ building blocks.
what do you need a redstone torch for?
@@picehere so you can charge the powered rails
@@Ducks1 it uses buttons
@@picehere ?? you can use any source of redstone signaling. why would you question a redstone torch but not a button?
@@l8nghts bro if you use a button you don't need any power source watch the video: 2:56
Guys if the villagers won't pick up the bread make sure that mob griefing is turned on, villagers cannot pick up food when it is off.
You saved me friend, i had like a year without playing my world. and i forgot i had that gamerule. i was starting to feel frustrated, and i thought it was an update bug. thanks a lot.
Bro thank you I just spent 30 minutes struggling with this
And that is the info I needed, thanks.
MY god.... instant breeding after that.. why is this a thing. lol at least let us choose which mobs grief us!
What is mob griefing anyways 😅
Thanks man works like a charm
I was waiting for this like many Years bro 😂
Hey to stop the villagers from escaping just put the 4 trapdoors up and they can't get out, also you can only get the grown up villiger with the minecart because it was designed to get only the grown up ones. Hope that helps and good luck
for some reason the villagers will sleep in the beds at night but i am playing on a server tho
If you mean that they sleep in 1 of the 4 around them, then it shouldn't matter since they should wake up and move back to being on top of the fence, but they won't be useful until day-time as you probably already know. I believe that they will sleep in the beds at night regardless of wether they are in a single player world or on a server you are playing in
@@lachlansmith7531 if u keep the trapdoors up they will wake up and spawn outside of the fence area. do not put them up.
@@lachlansmith7531 they slept in the bed and got out
u can place slabs instead of trapdoors and carpets, it will also work
I have came back and watched this vid many times over, thank you very much for this upload!
why would you not even put half of the items on the list
fr
works wonders. i had to put some extra solid blocks around when breaking the minecart, but aside from that its great
NICE! THANK BRO
THANK YOU SO MUCH
It still works you a life saver
it works, thnks!
Works for me on my Java realm in 1.20.4. Keep the trapdoors down, or they will escape. You can throw the food on the trapdoor beside them and they can still pick it up
keep the trapdoors down instead of up?
@@elfanylui3571 he meant down
will try this
Its perfect. Down to the last bit.
Btw, just so u also dont make this mistake. Break the glass around the villagers i forgot to do so lol and it wasn't working
thanks bro lol
Guys:
- Close the trapdoors so they stay up;
- Throw the food into the beds;
- There should be at least 2 block of air aboves the 4 spaces of bed avaliable (if clouds appear while breeding, this may be 1 of the reasons);
- You should put more than 4 beds nearby incase they stop breeding;
- Break and put the beds again (and the carpet in case you using it) if clouds appear while breeding;
Thank you
First time building a breeder. Wasn't too hard took about 30 mins because I've never dealt with a lot of this stuff before. The materials list is missing some things (like glass, extra blocks, slabs etc.) But overall great vid. THX
if ur having trouble with villagers picking up food throw it on top of the trap doors, not right at them as the food just drops to the bottom
im gonna build this under my villager trading house. gonna take a while to mine out xD
Eai sou do Brasil! Adorei o seu tutorial não entendo muito se ingles mais entendi toda a explicação video muito bom ❤
Tbm só br kskk
thanks
my villagers arent making babies but theyre picking up the bread
The villagers SCAPED BRO
reminder: if you’re breeding a lot of villagers don’t make the container 1 block wide, some will die for being too packed
Both of mine are able to sleep and i can not get them to do hearts
Nice
u guys think this or breeder with farm better ?
So why d0 the villagers breed once and then stop breeding, does it have to do with the amount of beds? Or do I have to transport the extra villager farther away before they breed again?
Make sure that the villagers “absorb” the food because it can fall through the fence
How can i make that
Giggity
Lol, they breed sometimes and it works, but they end up throwing the carrots off the farm bc the trapdoor is open, and if i close them they just escape. (They just throw the food into babies too lol)
ye same
did you ever figure out a fix for this? can't even get mine to start the breeding process because they keep doing this lmao sigh
@@mingyver Do this farm, is so much better: (worked 100% fine for me)
czcams.com/video/XZ4FEy1_xJg/video.html
Make sure the beds are going the correct direction and the carpet is over the correct end of the bed.
@@timtimbuffet3158 idk about the orig commenter but i did this by the block, man. was still happening. ended up having to put dirt blocks all the way around to keep them from tossing carrots and it finally started working
it works guys... trust me
Why the Minecart won’t move? Got stuck in from of the dispenser, i placed solid blocks under
the villagers are taking my food but won't breed
the babys fall onto the corner of the slab and dont get picked up by the minecart any solution?
You have to wait until the babies grow to take them out
Can we bring no job villager
good bro
make sure to put the beds exactly like in the video or else it wont work
Need help my villagers just thorw carrots at each other and dont make any babys
beds
Give them more carrots. They won't breed if they aren't full
@@Cwhaticancthaaaank you bro I was so confused
That happened to me, you need to put walls around the area they are at so they don't throw it off the breeder.
@@CwhaticancI tried that and it worked, they started having hearts and then once I stopped looking at them they made a baby 🧑🍼👩🍼
It is only working when constantly throwing bread after them...
The material list is useless but it works fine
Blud couldnt even get the material list of such a small farm correct
I've never build something that works so bad. I did exactly like the video, but 1. the villager stays in the glass, 2. The villagers reached the beds, 3. they are not able to catch the food fast enough, it just slips right through. I'll go with another breeder
only issue ive had is that they reach the beds
theyre designed to reach the beds they need to sleep and be happy to start breeding.
You forgot about 90% of the needed materials in the description
not sure what i did wrong, when i break the minecart he stays in the glass block.
Same for me
Happened for me too.
just put a rail above the trapdoor brotha, then you can break it afterwards
happedned to me too. I ended up using blockls all round before breaking the minecart and then when he got stuck i just waited a moment for him to move then he went in.
@@elwood4965 Same. Just messed with it a little and gottem in.
Do employed villagers work? like farmers librarians and the others?
Yes
is it a server issue if one villager doesn't pick up bread some of the times when the other throws it
and it falls down below the fence
break and replace the beds
guys help pls the villagers sleep and when they come back they spawn outside the fence
Mine cart dispenser isn’t working just sits on the first set of rails and doesn’t move at all
it doens't work for me, the baby village won't fall into the chamber
It works weird sometimes it does sometimes not rn I ve put lot of bed and it s been an hour they didnt breed
thank you for linking the original guy just the fact u did that brings back faith into humanity
effective but hard to build underground in survival. 3.5/5
im on java and the villagers dont produce a baby. the love particals pop up but there isnt a baby. Please help me out guys
Give them bread 🍞
You probably don’t have enough beds than
Make sure there are at least one air block or no blocks above their heads it's a mechanic lmao
I cant place the trapdoors. Anyone know why?
are the villagers supposed to be able to go sleep at night?
My villagers pick up the carrots throw them at eachother and it falls trough the fence😐
are you sure they picked them up to begin with? I noticed the crops dropped down when I first threw them in the whole, so I threw them on the exposed block next to the villagers and they picked it up no problem
@@Flypenguins but me no the carrots fall in the hole or the carrots stay in front of the villager but they don’t pik up the carrots
umm what if they just dont pick up the food?
edit: nvm as i was typing that they picked up the food
When my villagers wake up the get out of the hole
Excuse Me Does This Villager Breeder Also Work For Minecraft Bedrock??
Doesn't work on bedrock the babies get stuck on the fence post and grow into adults
how many villagers does this make per hour?
note:this is very helpful for villager trading hall
thats why everyone is doing this tutorial bro 💀💀

How far away from your base do you need to be? So they don’t adhere to anything at it.
You must to be like 150 blocks from another village, or u also can build it in the altitude limit
@@ferulo2196 i built it in a village and it works wonders
Hey guys do you guys know a solution for the villagers dropping the carrots or bread sometimes?
yh i also have tht problem
it means it is working
idk why, and i have tried everything, but this design isnt working for me in 1.20.4
I just did it in that version and it worked
Ya I did it on xbox with 1.20 and it works just put beds around the breeder and have the trapdoors face you not the sky
Make sure mob griefing is on and follow the video exactly and it will work
GG dude wasn't even able to even once write the right amount for the items in description thats some math skills right there
The list in the description is wrong
bro forgot to mention how much glass we needed nice.
bro also didnt say anything about the rails and mine carts lmao
My minecart won’t go through my slab to pick up the villagers. Does it HAVE to be cobblestone slab?
no
DOESNT WORK ON BEDROCK VILLAGERS ESCAPE!!!
hey so what are you supposed to do if the villagers don't magically pop above the trapdoor when you break the minecart? I break it and they just walk forward and escape
hit them
Remove the last rail under the block of glass
Having the same problem, fucking annoying and cant get them in.
@@xxsoli_astralxx add a track ontop of the trap door and make the rail stop ontop of the trap door, break minecart repeat.
anyone know what to do when the villagers sleep but then get out?
The breads are dropping under them how do i fix it
pov giraffe giving birth
When trying to get him in the hole he walks out
Can you make the list more correct? I was missing half the stuff bc the list was wrong
i made the pillars out of dirt does that matter? but it actually is very simple! i can literally get many villagers to work for me and to iron farm
edit: it works kinda too well i was building a small dirt house for the villagers and they made about 5 babys (i didnt give them food or anything)
Anyone know how to potentially turn the farm off? I don't want it running in the background forever.
well you manually feed them, so they stop breeding after theyve eaten all their food.
Is anyone else having issues with placing the beds? Ive followed the video exactly and the beds wont go on the slabs.
cuz ur bedrock edition
Yeah
not work for me 1.20.2
Built this, and it was working, but now the villagers wont breed, getting hearts and the angry clouds instead. Havent changed anything in the build, No hostile mobs can spawn anywhere around it, they have more than enough food, they just wont breed now for some reason?
Try to replace the bed, angry clouds means not enough bed for the Newborn Villager
throw the food towards the carpets.
anyone have a way to turn it off? it should be in a way thats easy to turn on again
I can’t place down the beds and I don’t get why?
Me neither
the villager slept and when they woke up they were on top of the trapdoors and mats. after having laboriously put them back inside for the second time, to prevent this from happening again I covered everything around but they died crushed. how the fuck do I prevent this?
I'm doing exactly how it shows in the video with the minecart, but the dispenser spits it out and it doesn't move/go up the powered rails. What am I doing wrong?
You are most likely using a dropper
Can you breed them with anything other than carrots? thanks
bread and potatoes
Hm. Can't get it to work. villagers always flop to the other side, or in my direction instead of the trapdoor. and yes i hit the far right cornor of the minecart
make a small prison that traps you and the villager, then simply brake the minecrart and push him, ye no way he can run
I tried giving em bread but it only works with carrots
My villagers aren’t falling down someone reply please
can i give bread to them because they make hearts and angry clouds but don’t seem to breed
Bread works even better than carrots
might want to fix your matreal list. it does not say 24 glass blocks unless which you used. it says 12 blocks wich would been used instintly if that was the glass . also no mention of the dropper in the list.
I have a Shepard and a no job villager and one will take bread the other potatoes and they won’t produce anything
I just put out extra beds and they breeded no problem. See when the villager with the breed see the bread you drop it will pick it up before the villager with the potatoes and the opposite is true
Nice tutorial, your materials list is wrong though, you don't list any glass or rails
Bro but this we did not get inifite babies.. Only get atleast 2 or 3 only
? oc u get infinte babies
@@user-rr6fp6nk9f No
You need more beds. You get one villager per bed. Or you can take the new villagers really far away
Gets hearts but, after a lot of heart there is a anger cloud. They will both sleep in bed at night. They have carrots. Anyone got any tip for me?
