16 oz penne noodles
6 oz salmon filet per portion
4 tbs Butter
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup half&half
1.5 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 tsp garlic paste and 1 tsp ginger paste
Jerk Seasoning (1tbs plus more depending on your spice preference) Buy your favorite Jerk Seasoning (Badia makes a good product)
Jerk Paste (Walkerswood, Grace, or whatever jerk seasoning paste you can find in your local grocery store)
1 Lime
Jamaican Allspice (ground pimento / Allspice)
All Purpose Seasoning and Cajun Seasoning

Listennn! This dish right here… Oh my goodness! I needed something fairly quick and inexpensive to make for family coming over. I came straight to your channel because every one of your recipes I’ve ever made has been awesome {so far, that would be the turkey wings, mac & cheese, and Mississippi pot roast}, and this dish did not disappoint! My family said this is the best pasta and best salmon I’ve ever made {and I’ve made lots of both}. The hubs and two of my kids were literally arguing over who was getting the little bit of leftovers. I doubled the sauce because: duh! {in my Kimmy voice lol} and used Great Value’s jerk seasoning in the envelope {hey, the reviews were good, so… lol}. Served it with mixed greens and cheddar bay biscuits. Absolutely will make again! Thank you for the really great recipes. You never miss.
