Solar eclipse time-lapse over Washington , D.C.

This solar eclipse time-lapse was recorded at the Washington Monument on August 21, 2017. The time-lapse video compresses two hours of still photographs from two different cameras. The sun was photographed with a Sony a99 II equipped with a solar filter and the background scenes were photographed with a GoPro Hero4.
