Some people claim that hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) improves your vision.
But at the same time, others say that it actually makes your eyesight worse.
So which is it?
Generally speaking, hyperbaric is inherently a safe therapy.
✅ Very few things can go wrong.
✅ There are very few contraindications.
✅ It is a simple process to keep patients safe, comfortable, happy, and to make sure that your treatments you're offering are effective.
That being said, like any other medical procedure, there are potential consequences or adverse reactions.

10 treatments out of 40 down, and I can tell my vision has been impacted. They disclosed this temporary effect. 120 min at 2.4atm, qd. Not worried but mindful of extra care needed driving.

What is it you're treating Tammy and what HBOT protocol are you following?
I just finished 50 sessions , 2,3ATA 120 min each session. I notice that I can’t see clearly up close anymore, I have to put my phone a little further away to be able to read
Are you done with treatments for now? How recently was your last session?
It's likely to revert back in a few weeks after you end(ed) your treatment.
What's the mechanism behind this change in eyesight??
What’s about glaucoma? Does the pressure damage the retina?
I have a home mild HBOT chamber 1.5 I have noticed I floaters. Is this a possible cause ?

Hi, I’m looking to get HBOT treatments for a slow healing skin infection for which antibiotics did not work. Could you please tell me if it will help me?
Also- could you make a video about how HBOT can help skin infections?
I have been doing hyperbaric oxygen therapy for nearly 10 years and also I do ozone therapy, both from home. For a skin infection, I would recommend considering ozone therapy as a foundation and if need be , adding in hyperbaric oxygen therapy as well.
You can purchase your own ozone generator and supplies and use it at home. I would recommend ozone cupping the infected area and possibly rectal insufflation. If the infection is systemic and aggressive then you may also want to consider going to a clinic to have ozone IV’s administered.
@@robertmarking817 hi the infection is not systemic. But it’s on my face- so I’m wondering how the cupping would work. Could you please elaborate and guide me on this? What sort of oxygen supplies would I need. I have no other option left. I’ve been taking HBOT sessions and it was miraculous for the skin infection but it has been adversely affecting my gut to the point where I am not being able to do it.

@@MehendiParasrampurialook up silicone or glass cups for ozone treatment. Then you want to spray water on your skin before using the cup. There are a few companies in the USA who sell the generators and all supplies needed. Good luck!
Does HBOT cause stomach issues? Maybe a Herx reaction? I have been experiencing it. Sorry for the TMI.
