Forget Eustace, Rooney etc. I think it says something that 6 knowledgeable experts in the game have managed us this season either full time or as a caretaker and none of them have got them playing.

Thank God Tom Wagner was there to witness that last night, we're gonna need a complete overhaul of the squad in the summer and I don't really trust Craig Gardner in that department, Mike Rigg came in recently.. he has been responsible for QPRs recruitment and they're the only team that have had more losses than us in the last 10 years, we have the most in the last 5

I think this is the first post match interview where they haven't sugar coated it saying they'll try and do better next game. Rowetts just straight up said players you're taking the piss a little here, you're professional footballers so start acting like it else you're gone. This is the kind of manager we need. I hope he stays on for another season tbh and we go all out not necessarily getting the best players, but a team full of players that give it their all every single day. We need players that have grew up for this club and understand what it means to wear that badge, not just get a paycheck from them.

We deserve to go down - recruitment hasnt been what its been hyped up to be, we dont have enough leaders on and off the pitch, selling Long was a ridiculous decision, aiwu signing has been a blessing and a curse, the players have no awareness or creativity to take the ball from defence to attack, we look emotionally drained and exhausted, 3 goals in 7 games, we deserve to go down, doesnt take 4 managers to realise the players aint good enough, our best player is a kid on loan from a yo yo team that hasnt played a full championship season, we have a team of mismatch, no leaders no scrappers, i wana see kieftenbeld elk from everyone...bar Stansfield cus he runs everywhere...maybe it was us that ruined scott hogan 😂
Time to bring in a true fan into the locker room before the next game. Have them explain that the club since early 70s for some of us is a way of life. Your blood sweat and tears go into supporting the club, its not a hobby not something we get paid to do, its our way of life. Many of us plan weekends away, holidays around football at times. Pulling the shirt on should mean you're willing to put everything into it day in day out. No more hiding, backtrack, take people on give everything you have. We can all accept if talent is lacking but none of us at any level should accept a lack of effort!!! They can go off on summer holidays, we have the torment of watching our Blues in Div 1 potentially to look forward to. Leave everything on the field anything less is just not right!! KRO

With very few exceptions, we didn't see the required effort or quality from the players tonight. Also, losing Jukey and Roberts to injury, and selling off Kevin Long, has limited our aerial ability on offence. We no longer have big target men in the box for set pieces, and we lack the quality to score from open play. I hope I am wrong, but on this form, it's hard to see us picking up enough points to avoid the drop. KRO! 💙
Never mind Tom Wagner having a vision to fill a stadium with a capacity of 60.000, at this rate he'll be hard pressed to fill 6,000 seats next season.

When Harry Redknapp took over after Zola for 3 games he contacted Rowett about the players that he had. Rowett said that Dutch Mike and Jacques had never let him down. How many players have we got like that now? I don't think as a side that we are big enough or physical enough for this league (why sell Kevin Long?). Also we have a reputation as a team now. Other clubs know that we can't score and can't defend and make stupid mistake after stupid mistake. Even Rotherham must be looking forward to playing against us. KRO.

The truth of the matter is , that half the squad know they are not long term . They can as Gary says walk off into the sunset . And because they know next season will not be their problem . They have just thrown the towel in . Put any kind of heart / desire , packed into a suitcase . Tells you all you need to know about their lack of character & fight . You cannot keep blaming managers all the time . Results are down to players . Not having enough about them to fight & battle . When the going gets tough . When they are finally gone . Again didn’t deserve to lose but yet again didn’t deserve to win. We managed some how to lose a point again which isn’t good enough. To slow in possession, didn’t help team mates on throwings, to many sideward and backwards passing which allowed Cardiff to stay in defensive positions. His interview was spot on

Think that's us. Damage was done with the Rooney appointment and no-one seems able to arrest the decline.
We’ve got out of this position so many times with lesser players because of pride and fight. These players are technically better but got nothing about them. We got no outlet up front and it’s killing us. Cardiff were showing us down the wings all night because they knew we had no one in there to cross it into. Saying all that fight alone should be seeing us beat a team who have nothing to play for. Just can’t see where the next goal is coming from unless we make a drastic change
The decision to sack Eustace and hire Rooney was the moment everything changed and we went from promotion hopefuls to relegation certainties. I still hold out hope but on recent performances it's looking grim. If we do survive I think the new owners will pump money into new players and we will do well next season. Fingers crossed.

There were some good moments. But we look (including previous games ) like we are always looking for a better pass then get stiffled. So frustrating when it’s not hit first time at goal players wanting that extra touch. Throw ins need working on for sure instead of give it early it was like we were waiting for the scenario from the training ground and when we were defending throw ins we gave them to much space. Loosing 8 games out of the last 10 has clearly knocked their confidence. I just hope we can survive to build on what we have by that I mean keeping the likes of stansfield paik miyoshi sunjic & the young players we have coming through if we survive I would like Jobe to come back. But if we go down then sadly I believe we will loose the ones who have put the effort in & rebuilding will take longer. Yes the future is bright but our long long road seems never ending 😒

Build up much to slow allowing Cardiff to get men behind the ball,Stansfield runs his socks off but to lightweight up there on his own, think our defence thought we were 3-0 up the way they just passed the ball between themselves, can’t remember one of our subs actually passing the ball to another team member, poor performance all round, massive clear out needed in the summer.
Hard to watch but expected this outcome. Cardiff were there for the point, 4.8/1 to win on Skybet - this group of player (with exceptions) are incredible poor. 2 wins against the bottom teams and we’ll just survive

Anyone who thinks we will come back up next season is deluding themselves. We will struggle in League One - our home form for 10 years straight has been cack. St Andrews must be one of the least intimidating grounds to come to for poor opposition, and next year teams will come with no fear, looking to topple what will be presented as one of the 'Big Guns'. I would not be surprised if we find ourselves battling relegation to the 4th tier this time next year.

I went to the first game of the season. Seemed like a new era had started. But its same old Blues. We have a lot of skilful players but the sum of the parts is underwhelming. No heart, drive, passion last night. Tippy tappy football. Defenders playing like we are winning not losing. Square balls and slow play. Sanderson thinks hes Beckenbauer. No height or physicality up front. Opposing defenders must love playing us. Bacuna good 3 games in 10. Need to play 442 till end of season.
