Which of the restaurants you mention is your favourite?
There's so many good ones. I lean to Lionfish as I'm a huge ceviche guy. Farmhouse is another as I support farm-to-fork, and the food feels so fresh. Rooftop is delish, Ramen 365 is super authentic. I could go no and on... 😁
