I would like to clarify that it is completely up to you to use the Lip Movement mod or not. I don't want to judge and if it helps you achieve a good shot, then go for it! I might even revisit the mod because the last time I tried it was quite a while ago.
For dialogues, I use something pretty interesting in the main character’s speech list. It’s the location speech. For example « Alamo sea » or « San Andreas » in FRANKLIN. The lip movement fits everybody and repeats itself, plus you’ve got a decent amount of options from all the locations. If you’ve got your dialogues figured out beforehand, you can manage most interactions with that.

Ok I don't judge if it takes you where you want. Did you notice that the mouth closes rapidly or has this changed since the last time I tried it? Also, does it work while a custom animation is playing? I remember that it didn't when I used it.
@@whanowa Only doesn't work for some modded characters that don't have mouth movements (Wish I knew how to fix these myself but I'm not a pro with 3D max) only downside is when there is a long aaaaaa or uuuuuuh or scream than the lips keep moving haha😂
@@RobbinRams ahah yeah i've encountered this, a tip for the long 'aaaaaa's' if you use an animation called 'shocked' it leaves the mouth open and then you can close it by pressing J on the lip mod . its not always the best but it'll do

I was burnt out honestly. I moved to a new apartment end of december and was busy getting everything done here in January. Also I was sick very often, had Covid and needed to take care of my family. There literally was no time nor energy and mentally I was completely exhausted after work. I really needed that break.

When the characters bump that's not a problem of the animations, but rather a bug... I don't know honestly. This is one issue that I was never able to fix reliably. I think I did try to make the peds fixed instead of dynamic, maybe disabling root motion during animation in a task sequence can help.

You need to make a task sequence with the following tasks in Menyoo: 1. Go to position > Makes ped walk 2. Play animation set to "upper body secondary task" You can then select the ped with Spooner Mode, start the task sequence and manually start speech events in the ped options of Menyoo.

Hey there, I know this is unrelated but I have a bit of a problem that I would assume maybe you know how to fix? I use simple trainer to save my outfits (Menyoo crashes because I use the extra clothes slots mod), so when I spawn another MP ped and load a different outfit, the second ped takes on the features of the first and vice versa. So basically Set outfit Clone/Spawn 2nd Ped Take Control of Clone/2nd Ped Change His Outfit To A Different Character First Ped's face features become the Clone/2nd Ped The same happens if I just clone and change the appearance of the first ped. Only tested with the MP characters. Menyoo doesn't crash when I change outfits on NPCs, so I did test it with that and the same thing happens.

Ey, I'm having an issue here, I'm trying to make a characterr do two animations, one after the other. I set each of them for 5 seconds, but for some reason, whenever the 1st animation finishes, the second animations designated amount of time gets set to 0, and the animation doesn't play! What do I do to fix this? Also how do I make it so the character smoothly transitions into an alternate version of the same idle animation, so the character doesn't unnaturally hop quickly before doing another animation?
Is there any way to render clips 21:9 ratio from rockstar editor? Cause when we change the footage ratio from 16:9 to 21:9 it looks squeezed from top and bottom. Smartphones these days, Have big screens which won't gives cinematic feel when the footage is 16:9 ratio.
I have a very basic setting without many extreme changes. All I want is a more crisp image and better visual quality. The rest often happens through Menyoo vision hax and also post production.

I don't think you can.
I'm actually very impressed of how do you make your avatar moving his mouth at the same time that you were talking.
Sometimes it is coincidence, sometimes a lot of planning and testing.
Lip Movement script would be incredible if it only moved the mouth but it also usually cancels out the animation so it becomes hardly usable.

manual placement doesnt work , when i try to get my character down to chair/sofa , i press Z and it just comes back flying above
You have to disable collision on the ped or the chair

when you place a animation on a character, how to you get them to also look at another character while the animation is still applied.
At the start of the task sequence you add "Keep Looking at Entity" and select "Keep running after allocated time" on that task.

You need to make a task sequence with the following tasks in Menyoo:

You can use an animation with "Upper body only" to aim and you walk manualy, or you also have animations that walk while aiming. (in every direction)

You need to CROP the footage to the desired ratio, not just change the aspect ratio. This happens in post production.
