To be honest, I did not think I would actually sit here and watch the whole thing. I thought I would watch like 30 mins of it then add it to my watch later. But I did watch everything. I enjoyed that 1:27:02 of my life and I'll definitely do it again. When it came to Jack meeting the guy to learn what happened to Tom, I nearly cried, truly. Such a great movie. No ads make it 100x better! No paying $14 for a movie ticket to get the movie experience! I'm so recommending this to friends. And definitely showing this at a future Discord server movie night. That's how good this is. Thanks for taking 3 years out of your life to make this masterpiece, Veljko!

Rockstar should hire you not only as their game tester but as a screenwriter too. I can't believe how amazing this story was told through cars with minimal dialogue. I like your resourcefulness despite the game's limitations, especially in animation. I love the use of landscapes, that are most of the time being taken for granted by us, and showcase their hidden beauty. Everything was well thought and well executed.
Can't wait for the sequel.

I'm 100% down to wait another 3 or 4 years to see the next one. The cinematic angles, the gratifying music, the neverending plot line. All if this, is a real movie. Whether it be in real life or a video game. I, applaud you.
This is still one of the greatest films I've ever seen, even still today. Somehow, CZcamsrs make better films than actual movie companies. Can't wait for a sequel but please take a break if you have to, cuz this film is extreme. 12 out if 10, its off the charts good!

I saw this and thought I would only watch it for 5 minutes then get bored. Next thing I knew I watched the whole thing! It's awesome to see a movie in a world you know so well. And those car sounds were amazing! Truly, great job!

Me, 1:26:50 later: I must say, damn. That was one of the best, if not the best GTA V movie I've ever seen. Grand Theft Auto V remains very limited in my opinion, and especially Director Mode, even all these years later. One of its greatest weaknesses is street racing in the main story and swarming you with an ungodly amount of cops. One of Director Mode's greatest weaknesses is only letting the player control one character. It severely limits our options creating with it.
I don't know how you did it, but this is a god-damned masterpiece. It shows that this game can be *art.* I found myself enthralled with this as I was watching it. I didn't want to stop. The cinematography, the music, the voiceover acting (some machinamas I've seen have had very wooden dialogue) was all fantastic.
All I can say is... Bravo, good sir! Bravo!

I kept putting this movie off to watch, and at some point forgot it was even uploaded. Watching it in full today was the best decision I've made. Excellent story writing and amazing camera/editing work. This will definitely inspire me to make some Need for Speed-esk story line some day if I have the time and patience to figure it all out. Great work once again, will definitely be sharing this with friends!
This is absolutely AMAZING! so we’ll created and performed. I loved the backstory about Jack and enjoyed the racing and cinematic. This really made me look at gta differently. I hope more movies are created in the future. This is so AWESOME! Thank you for the movie!

Honestly. I don't give likes to videos, mostly CZcams shorts, but this one really did deserve one. Almost forgot it was from CZcams a few times. The story was outstanding especially for using a game like this. In short it was outstanding, action packed, clever, sad, and most importantly awesome. You guys did an amazing job. It's been two years since this came out and yet it's still an amazing piece of undeniable movie.

This movie deservers more than just to be on Netflix. Deserves recognition, a prize, Rockstar should see this. The skills are amazing, from the characters, soundtrack and camera movement to the details and everything. I have no words for this, this is amazing. I cannot believe that someone could have done this with GTA V. I don't know what to say, I am speechless!

Wow. Just watched this now, 3 years later and the ending hits hard. This is by far the best GTA movie I’ve seen. I remembered it a few days ago and decided to watch it again. But wow still to this day this was the most enjoyable movie ever made in GTA

Funny how you used the inside of Michael's house for Jack's beach house and the inside of Franklin's house for the scene at the mansion ! Keep up the good work !!
This was amazing! Overheat 2 could be about Jack's path to breaking out of prison which could be aided by Tom. Also, you could add a plot twist of Jack and Tom being half brothers. The mother left and the reason she left could be because she finds out Jack's dad had another son (Tom). Then add the dad back into the mix and have both Jack and Tom find out they're brothers. I think that could be a good path for Overheat 2.
